    It is time. How long does Richard Lugar want to stay in the Senate representing DC values (since he hasn’t lived in Indiana for 35 years.) Does Indiana really want its own version of Strom Thurmond when he turns 86 at the end of this next hypothetical term. unreal. let go of the power Senator Lugar.
